4. Step-by-Step Return Process

- Ship Back: Use original packaging for Islamic books/fragile items
5. Refund Methods
- Original payment: 3-5 business days after return receipt
- Store credit: Instant (with 10% bonus for Eid shopping)
- Zakat deductions: Available for charitable returns
6. Vendor-Specific Policies
Some Islamic artisans may have different policies. These will be clearly marked on product pages as:
